Enrolment Forms

Students starting Kindergarten, Pre-primary, Year 7 or changing schools need to complete new enrolment forms. 

Kindergarten students need to have the enrolment form, application for enrolment into primary school, additional information for students enrolling in kindergarten, and the student health care summary.

Primary School students need to have the enrolment form, application for enrolment into primary school, and the student health care summary.

Secondary School students need to have the enrolment form, application for enrolment into secondary school, and the student health care summary.
